After submitting a reservation request form, you will be contacted within 24 hours to finalize your rental. You will be emailed an invoice; once paid, your reservation will be confirmed.
Two days before your event, we will contact you to confirm your drop-off time and location and go over any last minute details to make sure your event is a success.
On the day of your event, please be sure to have purchased your alcohol (if needed) before we arrive. Also, please ensure there is one dedicated, standard 110V 15-amp circuit available for use. This is a typical kitchen outlet with nothing else plugged into it. We will provide an approved extension cord, if needed.
When we arrive with your machine, we will set it up in your preferred area and get your first batch of drinks mixed. We will give you step-by-step written instructions for mixing later batches, answer any questions you may have, and let you loose to enjoy your very own professionally-made frozen drinks.
When your party is over, simply empty the contents of the machine - we suggest saving leftovers in freezer gallon zip-top bags - and unplug the machine. No need to do anything else – leave the mess to us!
We'll be back at our pre-arranged time to pick up the machine.
DAX Drinks accepts no liability for damage or injury resulting from misuse of equipment by customer, including movement or alteration of equipment installed by employees of DAX Drinks. The customer assumes complete and full financial responsibility for the equipment, including liability for misuse and payment for repair or replacement in case the equipment is damaged through negligent action. If applicable, the customer accepts full responsibility for serving alcohol at their event.
